An order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped or a shipping label has been created.
You have the option of store credit or a refund minus a 10% restocking fee.
To cancel an order please complete the following:
1) Email a reply to your order confirmation email or the contact form, specify which item(s) to cancel. Messages via social media are not an accepted means to cancel an order.
2) Please include if you would like store credit (in the form of gift certificate code) for the full amount paid, or a refund to your payment method minus a 10% restocking fee.
If cancelling an entire order, the shipping will be included in the store credit/refund. If cancelling part of an order, the shipping will not be included in the store credit/refund, but may once the partial order ships (if shipping was overpaid). Due to rapidly changing inventory, we are unable to switch out items (for another size, option, etc).
Please allow up to 24 hours for a reply to your request to confirm the order cancellation.
Refunds after receiving
Do to the nature of our products, we unfortunately do not offer refunds on any orders.. Before completing payment, please check that your order is correct with desired amount and style. If there is a defect or issue with an order - please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will then asses the matter and can help you as quickly as possible. Damage due to shipping is not covered – please contact the postal service to discuss their insurance coverage if included. Wear and tear are not covered as a defect.
With our products being handmade, human error can occur such as- sizing, color, texture and stitching. They may vary slightly one from another. We do order every Roll from the same distributor, but this as well may never be the exact same batch to batch, or even from different sections of the same fabric roll. If an obvious flaw is found, the item will be sold as “seconds” quality for a discounted price or may just keep at our home base to add to our personal stash
